Getting Back to training
I listen to the doctors now I am listening to my peer's I start physical therapy on my knee on the 19th I have been doing light workouts on my legs and thigh calves specific I would like to know If any one in this sport hurt there knee like this or worse what they did to strengthen the problem area I walk I jogged some I tried to sprint not so good I cant even sprawl I get down no problem I get up and my knee pops and sends pain to the back and left side of my knee and I loose my balance.. Just wanted you to know that i am just fixing to leave the hotel to go train with Master Machado for 5 hours!! The moment of Victory In Competition
There's no better feeling when competing than knowing the your opponent is at the end of his rope and is on the brink of submitting. I strive for the moment when either your opponent reaches that gurgling point from a choke, or when you have extended your hips for an armbar or any other submission and you see your opponent's hand reach up for the tap. That's motivation.
